Tayah Mariani, A.P.C.C.
I’m Tayah Mariani, an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #17082). I provide therapy for children, teens, young adults, and families who may be struggling with stress, anxiety, grief, or challenges in daily life. I believe that everyone deserves a safe and supportive space where they can feel understood and learn new ways of coping.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I use evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to help clients build emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and find healthier ways of navigating life’s challenges. I am especially passionate about helping young people and their families feel more connected, supported, and hopeful.
I know that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming. Many people wonder if therapy will really help, or feel nervous about making the first call. These feelings are completely normal. Often, just taking that first step provides a sense of relief and hope for change.
I would be honored to meet with you and learn more about what you’re going through. Together, we can create a plan that supports your growth and helps you move toward the life you want to live.
