I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the founder of Juniper & Jade Psychotherapy Inc.

I'd worked in various clinical settings with diverse populations prior to establishing my own practice in 2010 and then maintained a solo practice until I founded Juniper and Jade Psychotherapy Inc in 2024.

The name “Juniper & Jade” reflects my philosophy: these are plants that are resilient and strong. They can grow even under less-than-ideal circumstances, and they thrive when they are together. Like these plants, I believe we all have the capacity to flourish — and that growth is amplified when nurtured by supportive relationships and environments.

We provide high-quality mental health care for individuals at all life stages and supports clients’ most important relationships. Our therapists believe that cultivating resilience is always possible and that deep connections are a necessity to wellness.

It is an honor to do this work. I enjoy helping people navigate life’s challenges and then witnessing them emerge stronger, more resilient, and better equipped to face future difficulties. Working with individuals across the lifespan has reinforced for me the significance of early life experiences and strong family connections in shaping emotional health throughout adulthood. I also carry a deep understanding of how individuals both impact and are shaped by their significant relationships.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends (my adorable dog included!). I also enjoy traveling, cooking and all things creative.
