I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and opened my private practice in 2010. Before founding my own practice, I worked with clients of all ages in diverse clinical settings. I welcomed the opportunity to provide care without the constraints of other systems, allowing me to serve clients in the way I knew would be most effective.

After 14 years in independent practice and serving as an outside supervisor for psychology trainees, I decided to expand my reach and transition to a group practice. Juniper & Jade Psychotherapy Inc. provides high-quality mental health care for individuals at all life stages and supports clients’ most important relationships. We also train associate clinicians, equipping them with the skills necessary to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

It is an honor to help people navigate life’s challenges and to witness them emerge stronger, more resilient, and better equipped to face future difficulties. While I have primarily worked with adults of all ages, I value the significance of early life experiences and strong family connections in shaping emotional health.

The name “Juniper & Jade” reflects my philosophy: these are plants that are resilient and strong. They can grow even under less-than-ideal circumstances, and they thrive when they are together. Like these plants, I believe we all have the capacity to flourish — and that growth is amplified when nurtured by supportive relationships and environments.
